One of my favorite highlights during my visit was the signature Massa Moon Curry; it’s a dish that even skeptical diners rave about. The complex layers of flavor create a dish that leaves a lasting impression, even on those who don't typically gravitate toward plant-based meals.
The customer reviews echo a similar sentiment, with praise highlighting the balance of flavors and the adaptability of the menu. From Margaret W.'s enthusiasm about the flavorful endive cups to Joe S.'s pleasant surprise at the Massa Moon curry, it is clear that Satdha consistently exceeds expectations. As Nguyen A. pointed out, the ambiance is comforting, making it an ideal spot for casual dining or a special occasion.
For those with a penchant for unique tastes, I highly recommend trying their Fried Mushroom Chicken or the captivating Catfish made from eggplant—both creations authentically mimic their meaty counterparts without the guilt. It’s a testament to the skill and creativity that this kitchen possesses.
As your meal draws to a close, indulge in the Taro Tapioca Pudding, which serves as a satiating end to an incredibly fulfilling dining experience. It’s nuanced with coconut that adds a delightful twist to the taro flavor, leaving you with a satisfying sweetness.
In conclusion, whether you are a lifelong vegan or just curious to explore plant-based dining, Satdha, Plant Based Thai Kitchen promises a delicious voyage into the heart of Thai cuisine. With its innovative dishes, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere, it is a destination that deserves a spot on your culinary bucket list.

I have been wanting to try this place ever since I read about it a few months ago. On a whim, we finally made it out here tonight and I must say, Satdha did not disappoint! We had the endive cups- very flavorful and slightly llll, phad Thai, yellow curry, pad prik and the brussel sprouts. Everything was delicious.

I am personally not a vegetarian. So I was a little skeptical when my friends suggested this Thai restaurant. But I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful quality of the Massa Moon curry

Comfort food, Nice ambiance, not super crowded and friendly staff. I love you all at Sadtha See you soon !

My husband, a friend and I were looking for a restaurant in Santa Monica, a different experience. We saw this restaurant, and decided to try. The neighborhood is cute around. The restaurant is Dimple and elegant atmosphere. The service is nice, professional and kind. The food is delicious! The soup and chicken are delicious! It is a vegan chicken that reminds the real taste. The price, got Santa Monica, is really good! Also they accept small dogs. My friend loved the small planter on the table and got two for her! The owner made them , and they were very kind to sell them.

Overall solid vegan Thai food. We tried the fried chicken which was new in their menu. It was a bit overpriced for just a few pieces but it was pretty tasty. The eggplant and the green curry were solid. They have a small lot which generally has parking. Service was pretty fast.

Stopped by on a Saturday night around 6pm. It wasn't super busy, but we had a reservation just in case as a group of 5. I haven't had that much vegan Thai food, but was fairly impressed with the entrees overall. Unfortunately, the appetizers were a miss. The grilled oyster mushrooms were cold. Jackfruit pate was just ok. The star of the show was the beet dyed noodles. The flavor profile was amazing. I would come back just to get that dish again. Portion sizes were a bit small. We got the taro tapioca pudding for dessert, which was pretty tasty. It's more heavy on coconut flavor than taro, but still delicious. Service was fine. Water was refilled quite quickly and we were checked on multiple times. The dessert took quite a long time to come out though. We were waiting with the table cleared for probably 10 minutes even though we ordered dessert at the same time as our entrees.

Amazing food amazing service. I love this place. The eggplant was out of this world I love that I can see the kitchen and how clean it is

5 stars for this delicious plant based Thai food and restaurant that has been around for over 10 years! I was impressed by the presentation and tastiness of these options. The only thing that wasn't pleasant was the smell of bleach when we walked in. They are obviously clean but need to clean and air the restaurant out before people came in to eat. We don't want to smell the bleach which affected the ambiance. Overall the service and especially the food was very good. I would have given it 5 stars if it hadn't been for the bleach smell and the mango sticky rice was a bit dry. Plenty of free parking in the plaza.

First time having vegan thai food and it exceeded my expectations. This cute thai spot has such a lovely atmosphere and the food enhanced it even more. The Tom Yum soup was the perfect size and a bit too sour to my liking , but I still thought it was yummy! I don't order sour soups as much but I still enjoyed it. The Catfish though. Wow. It's made of eggplant, and I grew up not liking eggplant at all but I think this dish made me love it. The flavors combinations were perfect- with the crispness of the fried catfish on the outside to the softness of the inside that mimicked the texture of catfish (without the smell) and the mildly spicey side they put on the outside. OMG!! I would come back just for this dish. The Fried mushroom "chicken" also had a nice crunch to it but I thought the inside could've used more flavor , but the sweet and sour sauce and cucumber salad helped a lot! Overall our waitress was so sweet and parking was easy to find, i'm too excited to come back here and try everything else!

Came here for dinner with a friend and it was just amazing. I have been trying to be better at my choices of food...and this didn't disappoint. It was a light dinner...I had tom yum soup and we ordered the brown rice with Southern Thai Fried "Chicken". All was very delicious, will definitely be back to try other menu items! Staff was very kind and helpful.
